Massage is the oldest form of holistic therapy known. Kneading, stroking and manipulating the soft tissues of your body can induce a state of complete and total relaxation. It can encourage better circulation of blood and lymph, reduce stress and tension, and even strengthen your immune system.

How to give a full body massage

By the end of the course you will NOT be qualified to practise as a professional massage therapist, however you will be able to use massage techniques to promote and maintain health and well-being for your family, friends, colleagues and anyone else you care about.
You will NOT be qualified to treat serious illnesses and ailments, but you will be able to administer stress and tension relieving massage treatments to help prevent disease occurring in the first place.
Almost all serious illness results from the accumulation of years of minor stresses and strains on the mind and body. Maintaining good health and well-being is a key factor in preventing disease from occurring by stopping this build up of stress from happening in the first place.
This course will benefit you if you genuinely wish to learn techniques that you can use on yourself and those around you to help maintain a state of good health for the rest of your lives.
